Human Trafficking
All men are created equal. That may hold true physically with all the men with 2 ears, 2 eyes, 2 limbs & 2 hands, the handicapped been the exception. But does that hold true in the real sense of life wherein a man sleeps in his cozy bed, & the other is pulling a cart, so that goes to say that, some men are more equal than being just equal. All the people are not born with a golden spoon in their mouth, some are not even lucky enough to have a clean glass of water, leave alone a well balanced diet.
Some have to go through things that are even worse than slavery, bonded labor. It’s the human trafficking & their use as sex puppets. It is a global menace that is haunting all the Governments, the people & the society, the world over. It’s an evil that is eating up even the healthy chunk of the society. It is inhumane & unethical. It is not just that, it is a problem that is haunting the immigration authorities of many countries. It is a massive task for them to ascertain who is crossing boundaries with a purpose & who is being sold as a goat to b butchered in one way or the other. Who is there for purpose of Business, & who is there for Business purpose. Trafficking has a major share that contributes to the flesh trade, & a chunk of it as the Labor, that is available cheap, other fraction is the use of people for illegal & illicit trade practices. This strata of people is underpaid & exploited. They just don't get battered physically, but also mentally. It not kills their body, it also kills their soul. They had no past, have a pathetic, resentful & horrible present, & absolutely no future. Trafficking also is one of the root causes of the spread of the Sexually transmitted Diseases (STD's) & AIDS (Acquired Immune Deficiency Syndrome), & other diseases. AIDS is on a spread like a forest fire that has no cure till date. It has consumed millions of lives, & whopping amount of money in search of some cure for it.
More haunting than this is that there is no rehabilitation for these people who are trafficked across International boundaries. There are no international laws applicable to keep a check on it. Human Trafficking is a multi billion dollar industry that runs under the wraps of the mafia. The future of the innocent girls who are forced into it, is doomed with no future. The local politicians & the people, who have power, money & insatiable greed for power, money & sexual pleasure, support trafficking. There are many a sex rackets because of this that is haunting the society like a black cloud hovers over to give only limitless darkness. Sex is illegal in most of the nations of the world still the Red Lights dwell there, & grow like a hive, which will eventually only sting the society. They are still operating so as to mint money from them, & also to keep crimes like rapes, & molestation under check.
Trafficking is an international problem, for which all the Governments need to join hands, & show the willingness to cooperate to fight this menace. Trafficking has many a forms as Labor Trafficking, Trafficking for Sex & Child Trafficking. Labor trafficking occurs when the insatiable, unscrupulous employers, take advantage of the loop holes in the law, to use & abuse the vulnerable strata of the society. Future of these people leads directly to dire straits, & they work in inhumane & unhygienic conditions. They are forced to serve as androids, for hours without any food or water. These people become the soft targets of the employees because of their poverty, illiteracy, innocence, unemployment & other evils that still haunt many a societies around the globe. Child Trafficking is the recruitment of children below the age of 18, to exploit them for domestic work, or work in a production house. There is unlawful recruitment of children either on a small scale or a large scale, through force, deception, fraud, to be exploited as labor or as sex toys. These children are also used in the mining industry, where there is a lot of danger of poisoning & watering of the mines. Employment opportunities also wait for them with open bait in combat zones, where they are used to serve the military, & also used as sex puppets in such area. These children may be picked up, adopted or bought from their parents or caretakers, who in dire need of money, make sacrifice of these small souls. Children trafficked are also prone to sexually transmitted diseases. These children are also brain washed to wage a war against the transnational armies, but unscrupulous elements of the civil world. To sum up Human Trafficking is a crime against humanity. It should be made severely punishable under law, so as to put a terminator to it.
